Boysenberries

Boysenberries are a superfood.

They’re high in antioxidants. Now you may not really know what that means, but you can be sure that being high in antioxidants is a GOOD thing.

Boysenberries also contain phytochemicals, including:

  • Anthocyanins (which have been linked to improved eyesight, reduced inflammation, protection from cardiovascular disease and from the effects of ageing.)

  • Ellagic acid (which has been shown to have potential anti-carcinogenic properties.)
